Who are we looking for?
Invoicing & Reporting Specialist
Now we are searching for a colleague who can make sure:
That all our partners are paid and billed accurately and on time.
That we know in real time the financial indicators of each project, and that based on them we can take the best business decisions.
This means that you will have to make sure that the department is running smoothly. You will coordinate the accounting activity and you will identify manners to simplify the activity of the team. It is important for you to be willing to share your knowledge with your fellow colleagues.
You must have a Degree in Finance or Accounting and minimum 3 years of experience in the Financial Sector. Besides Romanian, we need you to be at least a B2-level user of English.
You must be oriented towards carrying out various tasks. You must pay attention to detail and have a Conscientious and Dominant Personality.
You need a strong synthesis ability in order to be able to extract the essential elements.
We want to know if you can work with SmartBill or another billing software, if you have a good relationship with Excel and you know its secrets, if you are an organized person who is willing to work with KPIs.

Your responsibilities are…
– To analyze the contracts with our partners in terms of financial indicators;
– To bill and to report accurately and on time;
– To pay our providers accurately and on time;
– To put together and send on time the necessary documents for External Accounting;
– To make sure that all the projects are within the margin standards;
– To show discipline in the billing and payment processes;
– To monthly assess each project and to follow the profitability standards;
– To make sure you have a good collaboration with our partners
– To be actively involved in the implementation of the monthly planning
– To implement the management plan and the strategies of the leadership
Your KPIs:
– The deadline for sending financial data;
– Percentage of completion of the monthly accounting activity;
– Additional documents prepared;
– Statement of receivables and payables;
– Percentage of fulfillment of main objectives;
The salary?
There is no proper amount for everybody so we cannot provide you with this information. But rest assured that we pay our team fairly and we never try to save money when it comes to extraordinary people.
