Job Mission: Through this role, we aim to provide foreign language courses for our corporate partners, creating enjoyable learning experiences that are adapted to working with adults, ensuring our courses are not “school-like”.
What skills should you have? What do we expect from you?
- Have linguistic proficiency at the C1-C2 level;
- Have experience in working methods with adults;
- Be familiar with the CEFR framework;
- Have the ability to organize and fulfil your responsibilities efficiently;
- Have the ability to adapt your course to the needs and objectives of the learners;
- Understand the typology of clients and efficiently adapt your teaching style, know how to relate to different people;
- Have experience working with programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Have communication and psychological evaluation skills;
- Have the ability to teach interactively and create a pleasant learning experience.

Your responsibilities are…
- To support all scheduled courses with professionalism and promptness;
- To adapt the course so that learners can achieve their desired results;
- To create a trusting environment for your learners;
- To create a pleasant and interactive learning environment;
- To make each course session a memorable experience;
- To complete reports and documentation for each learner in a timely manner;
- To maintain the confidentiality of information.
