“Many times during a session, I have a brainwave that I put into practice immediately. For example, I will turn an exercise in the coursebook into a game, or have the trainees apply what they have learnt in a language game. I have noticed that, when the trainees take an active part in a game, their perception of the foreign language changes, their attitude towards the topics changes, the rigid underlayers of their conscience relax and the trainees are willing to participate actively in language production, as they accept the risk of making mistakes more light-heartedly.”

For example, I have talked to an actor, a writer, a psychologist, a jeweler, and so on.
