The EUCOM Group carries out activities related to language testing and developing the
language skills of clients' employees. The EUCOM Group also provides programs for
developing soft skills and wellbeing.

• Personal data that we process
EUCOM is a personal data controller. We collect the following types of personal data from
you:
• First name, last name
• Email
• Phone number
• Message

• Why we need this information
We need your personal data for the following processing purposes:
Based on EUCOM's legitimate interest in responding to your messages from the contact
form:
• First and last name – we need this data to personalize our response (to know how to address
you)
• Email – we use your email address to respond to your message

• Phone number – we use your phone number to respond to your message more quickly
• Message – here you can detail your needs
With your consent, we would also like to process the following personal data

• What we do with it
Your personal data is processed within the EUCOM group located in Romania. Your data is
hosted and stored in Europe on Amazon servers, which act as a data processor for EUCOM.

Your personal data is also processed by Sendgrid, which acts as a data processor for
EUCOM, providing notification management services. Sendgrid is operated by Twilio, a US
company. The compliance of the international transfer of personal data is ensured by the
Standard Contractual Clauses agreement signed between Twilio and EUCOM BUSINESS
LANGUAGE S.R.L.

Your personal data is also processed by Ellevents Consulting, acting as a data processor,
which provides marketing services.

Your personal data regarding your browsing history is transmitted to our partners described in
the cookie policy. Please refer to the description of these partners on this page.

• How long we retain personal data

Your personal data contained in messages will be kept for one year from the last
communication, unless you become our client.

Your online activity data will be kept for the lifetime of the cookies or until you decide to
delete the cookies.

• What are your rights?

If you have reason to believe that any personal data we hold about you is incorrect or
incomplete, you have the right to request to see this information, to have it corrected or
deleted, to request that its processing be restricted or to object to its processing, and you also
have the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us at

If you wish to make a complaint about how we have processed your personal data, please

protection officer will contact you to resolve the mentioned issue.
