Interactive Teaching Methods<\/h2>\n \n

The Eucom trainer assists participants in developing essential business skills. Techniques for approaching tasks are presented, and participants put into practice what they have learned, becoming productive themselves. They deliver presentations, negotiate, communicate over the phone and in teleconferences, write periodic reports, and participate in or chair business meetings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, to develop communication and debating skills, participants engage in activities that simulate real-life formal, semi-formal, and informal contexts. Fluency, spontaneity, clarity, and coherence in message delivery are also targeted.<\/span><\/p> <\/div>\n \n

\n The “Courses Without Walls” <\/h2>\n \n
\n

Concept Besides offering specialized training programs, our team has developed a new approach to knowledge transfer and language skills practice: the “Courses Without Walls” concept, which is slightly unconventional for corporate language training.<\/span><\/p>\n

The traditional classroom setting is replaced with less conventional spaces for educational endeavors, such as restaurants, parks, coffee shops, or interesting streets in the city.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conversational skills in a foreign language are practiced in an informal setting.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Courses Without Walls” through specific group activities<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learning at a café or in a park<\/strong><\/p>\n

We take participants out of their routine, giving them the opportunity to informally practice their conversational skills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Themed evenings<\/strong><\/p>\n

We explore the culture and etiquette specific to the language being learned. It’s relaxing, fun, and educational.<\/span><\/p>\n

Team building in other languages<\/strong><\/p>\n

    I conducted various types of Courses Without Walls. For example, in one of my one-to-one courses, we stayed in the classroom but created a distinct atmosphere. Together with the participant, we decorated a Christmas tree with various decorations, and then we set the table, although the recipe was imaginary, of course. With two of the groups, we went to the Christmas Market. They had to complete a questionnaire about specific elements they encountered (traditional food, flavors, decorations, etc.), and the person who completed the questionnaire won a prize. Afterward, we went to a café and discussed winter sports, traditions, and customs, among other topics. With one expat, we went shopping in the market (he even had to write a note about what we needed to buy). The entire conversation was conducted in Romanian.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n

    Conceptul de Courses without walls se potrive\u015fte de minune grupelor mele formate din tineri de 23 -28 de ani. Am început cu ie\u015firi în parc în care am jucat stând în cerc, pe iarb\u0103, un joc de c\u0103r\u0163i cu verbe si am ticluit pove\u015fti diverse cu verbe trase la întâmplare.
    Am mers \u015fi la cafenea în Ajunul Cr\u0103ciunului unde am vorbit despre mul\u0163umirile \u015fi nemul\u0163umirile din anul ce se încheia \u015fi ne-am dest\u0103inuit planurile pentru urm\u0103torul an.
    Alt\u0103dat\u0103 am mers la un restaurant italian \u015fi am servit prânzul sub „amenin\u0163area” c\u0103 cine va vorbi în alt\u0103 limb\u0103 decât italiana, va pl\u0103ti pentru to\u0163i cei 20 de meseni. Spre satisfac\u0163ia mea \u015fi a lor, fiecare \u015fi-a pl\u0103tit propria consuma\u0163ie! Alt\u0103dat\u0103 mi-am dus cursan\u0163ii într-o cafenea a c\u0103rei proprietar\u0103, vorbitoare de limb\u0103 italian\u0103, nu doar c\u0103 a cerut comanda în limba italian\u0103, dar a intrat în jocul nostru la propriu \u015fi a participat la activit\u0103\u0163ile preg\u0103tite.
    Dintre toate cursurile without walls, cele mai pl\u0103cute pentru mine au fost ie\u015firile care nu s-au vrut a fi cursuri: eu \u015fi cursan\u0163ii mei ne-am f\u0103cut deja un obicei din a merge împreun\u0103 la oper\u0103 sau la teatru \u015fi, de fiecare dat\u0103 dup\u0103 spectacol, mergem \u015fi la o cin\u0103 târzie unde, f\u0103r\u0103 ca eu s\u0103 le cer acest lucru, cu to\u0163ii vorbesc doar în limba italian\u0103.
    De fapt, suntem într-un permanent course without walls pentru c\u0103 actualii \u015fi fo\u015ftii cursan\u0163i din proiect nu mi se adreseaz\u0103 niciodat\u0103 în limba român\u0103, fie c\u0103 interac\u0163ion\u0103m în firm\u0103, în afara ei, pe facebook sau prin e-mail; cred c\u0103 la aceast\u0103 dezinvoltur\u0103 a lor de a-mi vorbi doar în limba italian\u0103 au contribuit decisiv lec\u0163iile without walls.<\/p><\/div>\n

    I conducted a different kind of course within the company. We changed the atmosphere with flowers and goodies, then prepared a variety of brochures from different places we visited in Europe (the participant being passionate about traveling as well). She chose a brochure about Keukenhof Gardens in Amsterdam, where she was planning to go in March, and then she constantly talked about the places she visited (not only the ones we had both been to, but also exotic ones). I brought an article about Z\u0103bala, where she mentioned she would spend her birthday, and we read reviews together, searching for grammar mistakes, and we found some. The participant enjoyed the experience very much and thanked me at the end for everything; she also taught me how to pronounce two words in Hungarian. As usual, it was a win-win situation.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
